March 5th 2021, Entrepreneur Incubation Base for Overseas Professionals opening ceremony was hold in China-ASEAN Smart City Innovation Center. Representatives from Enterprise Singapore、Thailand Chulalongkorn University、Singapore University of Social Science、China (Guangxi) Pilot Free Trade Zone Nanning Area Administrative Committee、Nanning Municipal Development and reform commission、Nanning Foreign Affairs Office and Nanning Science & Technology Bureau were invited to witness the unveiling ceremony.

During the ceremony, 3 teams, Trippening Pte Ltd（Singapore）, Buzz ARVR Pte Ltd（Singapore）, and NEUXP SDN BHD（Malaysia）,  from the 3rd (2020) China-ASEAN Smart City Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition ASEAN Division signed settlement agreements and landed in the Entrepreneur Incubation Base for Overseas Professionals
